The turf pad is used year round for plyometrics, conditioning, change of direction and overall athlete training by all of its athletes.

The Carter Riverside baseball field is one of the newest and nicest in FWISD. The field has lined and padded cages, deep dugouts, adjacent concession stands and bathrooms. It is a great place to develop players at every level.

Initial construction of Carter-Riverside High School was complete in 1936. The front exterior facade remains intact. The lastest upgrade to CRHS was completed in 2022.
