This is Coach Peterson's 24th year serving as the Girls Athletic Coordinator at Carter Riverside High School. Her leadership role is to help motivate, influence, and support the coaches and student-athletes to use their super powers for good in the world. Coach Peterson also has 4 daughters who all currently play volleyball, so teaching the concept of competing everyday is an expectation she has for all athletes. 

Coach Peterson is passionate about girls sports and the tremendous impact it has on the trajectory of their lives. 

Coach Peterson is originally from Arkansas where she played volleyball for the University of Central Arkansas. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 19 years.
